Appointment of Governing Board Member of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC

Reference to the Ministry of Education, Singapore, nominating Dr Cheah Horn Mun, Director Educational Technology Division, Ministry of Education, Singapore, to be the Governing Board Member of the SEAMEO SEAMOLEC to replace Dr Koh Thiam Seng who has been posted to the National Institute of Education with effective from 1 September 2008.

Dr Cheah Horn Mun will replace him as Governing Board Member of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC for the remaining period of the term ending 31 March 2010.
